dc.description.abstract New advancements in cloud computing and machine learning have created an opportunity for a revolutionary advancement in how hardware engineering is performed. In this talk, Ryan Diestelhorst will discuss his experiences founding a successful MEMS sensor company as a Georgia Tech graduate, and how that journey informed his vision of the future of engineering. He will describe how OnScale is redefining the boundaries of high-performance simulation by giving engineers immediate and unlimited access to super computers to solve their most difficult problems. en_US
