dc.description.abstract Impact indicators have hitherto been based on summary statistics (e.g., averages). Integration of the citation curves after proper weighting for percentiles (top-1%, top-10%, etc.) provides a citation indicator that is fully decomposable in terms of nations, institutions, and/or journals. Unlike total citations , the percentage shares of integrated impacts are weighted. en_US
