dc.description.abstract Significant research has been conducted into the development and deployment of analysis integration techniques. This paper discusses these research activities in the context of collaborative frameworks for conceptual space systems design. It begins by discussing the current state of aerospace systems design processes, then recommends a path toward higher efficiency in design. It continues by describing various computational technologies that have been or are being developed to achieve this goal, and concludes by presenting several demonstration problems that make use of these technologies.
