dc.description.abstract Design a frequency hopping protocol for the RFID-Enabled Sensor Testbed (R.E.S.T.), a semi-passive backscatter communications system operating in the 5.8 GHz ISM band, that satisfies the requirements of 47 CFR 15.247 then conduct RF measurements and testing to confirm the system meets Part 15 requirements.
