Although link resolvers are a wonderful, high-impact innovation, most
libraries are not maximizing their potential benefits. In this session,
the presenters will discuss how UNCG has tailored its locally developed
link resolver and knowledge base, Journal Finder, to increase traffic
to the Library’s eresources. And we will discuss how we utilize usage
data to make collection management decisions on format and content.
