It's actually easier in this push that through. When you get to graduate I spent really three chunks of my career and you have the first chunk of time the engineering and I did the same eight years and say you know that professionally I mean rights and some of it was written. Petrochemical industry in the industry designing cogeneration plants and power plants that made it to my second career it was a business. That's really in the back doing a lot of my drug resistant and I have a strategy in place for different business units in companies that Cooper industries and betray him and then after they say I have a similar thing could have hit back. At age fifty and I bet I can make it it's not something that is you know very nice to go through but it sure was a great learning experience because it makes you wake up and think a bag that's really valuable in your life you know you probably remember people get the head half in some. Cases of experience. So much that I might take an essence of experience from research at the center. But I'm happy to make that next segment talk about my own lessons of experience. Because you know it took that to mean when I we decided to go to. Have to deal with the decision and I have three young boys at the time. Just being able to raise them in that environment was one of one of my key things that I've decided to do and so they've been at the Center for twenty two year since at the. Campus and bad in all kinds of different positions and you know your I.Q. hood up right now at the America's So that's not an American candidate and with the three campuses here under so we're going to try to do it here and we're going to. Get a grant for the next year is going to be something like you know get a bit of a bounce in some way in who seem to see us because I think it's important to understand this that it is ations at the back of the ministry to research that's been very fundamentally changed the really the development has actually developed in Clipper relations since the eighty's. When we get to talk about new medicines. We have to go here is I'm going to give you snippets of things that you need to be thinking about and I wish but mistakes in the back in my career in the snippets or ship of things that I believe that if you confection focus on a career in faster you can. Produce and research over time and the piece that is really. Mean is that that very top line that in fact. Peace. And sweet. And Pat So this is the impact that will be true the set of some of the villagers and improving their lives meters in some. Very nice small. Very important for just the same as I've shown studies impact studies that understand. That the positions especially with us are actually have an impact but one of the sad recessions or repair shop is that your ship can truly change again this is a statement. That. You will really. Miss and we're going to share your story can things from fat pieces of and research that said it's OK with the first ones and that was some of this research in the movie the really cruel thing about this research and the rest of the Sims time especially as we continue the research. To make sure it's really not sure make sure it's not changing so some of the kind of things we like about the fans that. You know we step nine hundred seventy the first team was a kind of think tank group and we started to get some of the ideas and assessment we're going to we're going to actually use assessment for development now this is really the misery that we've been recess from for Section this much I think the sense menace is there for development. Etc that people can really understand. That it's to set the foundation for a sense. Of how I'm going to change dramatically the change to become an effective leader. In three six and a segment of the first ones that do better struggling. With the bat. As I believe in killing Never. Ever took a mistress. This is an assessment that helps you understand where your passions are you came semes Mina said that he. Was at the University of Minnesota before coming to us but he was too much too strong to do things like the three sixty instruments and the three sixty instruments of madness to do that the research that we did. Great mistake that you. Have access to this from ever the rest of it and so you know we think research is really important that. So the simplest most consistent search on this is really is research that has been a time when. This crisis of experience when we do it is we ask one question and that question is this the fact you look at your career looking for time. Is what is for us that's really that's where three key events went to save lives and you. Can fight back it's. Been that situation so people are. Looking for the students see you know your students are actually with some leadership type activities that you're going on right now this arrangement so quick if you. Wish to split it for the. Rich and there's leadership positions and I just want you to speak OK OK that was in fact in the sense of experience yes. We're doing that but the big head entirely flat you're doing it. For people to come back to that you can decide and let's face. It. Why. I'm. Sure you're. Right that's good that's good in the stakes are huge huge effort to lose the money and and there's no doubt that if in fact you know what effect this research is that most of the members will take them a time grief that separate but can actually help them into the future OK and you're. One of the worst things that I can say myself is that I was sharing this with us a group that I was meeting with prior to coming to New York this is the. Is that I was going through leadership positions at Tech I was president of my fraternity and I was a sailor treasurer of the rescue of the Student Government Association and the settlers messages of experience. At those positions were some of the stuff but really wish I continued. Really quickly because it was in the States it was the mistakes one. Hundred. Is that in the end I didn't do a bit here in the situations very correctly and I just about when I did not sit back and reflect on the body and that I'm distressed that I haven't tried to question myself a wabbit So this is an experience research commitment. To deal with as it had. But as we. Know. These things are. True and true. Sometimes actually started to take place on the surface challenging the science and the ships coming up as to the limits of various types of experiences that way but you should take a leisurely family and so the question and challenge assignments is we should do it for you get the picture with us the most challenging assignments OK And so it's something that we take in a second because this is something you can control people's interest in basis in particular but the true sense Chris that's when you know it's the kind of thing that could be a. Good look at the facts or you know the people I mean the impact on people and as a as. Lessons of experience around your ship your family tree there's a mismatch sad. This is continuing this research. Summing up in the research that just recently was at the very top this is sad to see you see this executive vice president of people. Who have in fact it's the same staff the people from the same types of things. The business. That's not. Much kind of a group. If I think you should too soon you should be protections after the fact that operations in six percent to nine communicant conclude chips or seven percent. Comes from challenge assignments that chips so two percent are coming from the initial ships that's that people piece ten percent is actually a class work in training OK And so that's really the training that's really been the red. The actual impact that's happening on individuals as they write about leadership. Is a quick question and. It is a sure if you know what you should get your position because I know many of you. Is that. Your ship the pressure to build them your ship pipeline with need for the recession well it suggests that you have to pay attention to this so keep it simple this. Explanation for using the names of some of it sometimes I'm going to say you know company X. and sometimes I'm going to use that as the name but explain them is the credit credit people the but those huge financial. Position. In the tech sure for. Them and some people you know there's Asian that same mistake to think about. This sentence we're coming up with what's going to bed potential about experiential experiences OK. Actually the betterment with them and in the community. To extend. The company. You know. Say the bad with the vision. Of America the dream these are the kinds of things let me let me pay attention to you due to the sixty's you get the feedback you get the feedback. That's right and it's something to be paying attention to for sure as you go through. Some of the solutions here. You have the sense that this. About this but for instance with people every two years. How much of this is an experience in people having to reverse. Your plan. That's just exciting but it's very good friend of yours you have at a minimum OK etc but the people that were out there say. The step back especially. Interesting is a minute. Just see him say is the grandson of the family a different company not not the same for a company but the great incentive. That. Is really killing people because of mistakes you know the resume and. Just stand there would make a mistake and we could really use this medical equipment in addition with the recession we've been in and out of it a culture is that is doing that but. There are some things that completely tension to a career. Can move too fast and make sure that you are not still in the one. Twenty two sap so. It took to execute the business strategies of these different organizations. So. There's the risk factors if it's an eight you know if you if in fact the SAME SAME SAME SAME. Actually. In the family through forgiveness and that's still abuse or pain but this is a path that you can return. So we have the kinds of bit of the shows that could be still. Using this kind of. Search engine as using this kind of themselves that we can because. It's the solutions to actually buy. The rings or ship and such I read that the objectives of the organization is looking for. Them and in a way that means I'm chemist and this is a lesson to me as a musician fan in the entertainment industry so communication industry you know. That we've been doing that with them for now twenty years and that program is going on right now for the right I mean in the cable industry so this is a bit of peace and it's a it's a capability this. Should read We're not suppressing some of the stuff that we bring to the tournament but the bright. Side such as is that you know sometimes women try to put their trust after the type of the step that they think they should be playing in. Understand what it is but. Three things we understand that it seems this but until we get that kind of feedback that says you got the gaps and there's gaps in perceptions I get into it some things. Yourself but the people you know people say with great yourself sometimes it's just that's it sometimes there's just to them so to do this when you're getting the feedback and sometimes it's fabulous but this is the second this is Alex absolutely fabulous show your signature but really understand that people understood that when you. Say you're coming from different places acceptance or transmat perceptions. To. Be the same as you as you get to coming in just under. In some of these concepts we knew to have a better interpersonal relationship in the back of the draw a piece of the same experiences assessment trying to suppress and take that back to. So this is the next the Supreme peace plan some of the challenges that we're going to. Do this from an American country and set up a businessman.
