Abstract
This study involved two distinct aspects of development within Midtown: urban dynamism and pedestrianization. The purpose of the urban dynamism study was to examine and understand the patterns of growth and change within Midtown over the past 20 years. The purpose of the pedestrianization study was to identify and document the current pedestrian patterns within Midtown, and to develop recommendations for increasing attractiveness of Midtown for pedestrian activity. This report presents the results of the urban dynamism study.
