Abstract
This presentation features the results from eight formal usability tests of EBSCO’s new "visual search" and "traditional search" interfaces. Audio, video, and screen capture software, and pre- and post-test surveys were used to analyze the sessions and determine students’ success and satisfaction levels during given research tasks.
