Abstract
The purposes of this report are to examine how housing is distributed throughout the Atlanta region and determine where the greatest housing needs are based on a fair share housing proposal. This report was prepared by Georgia Tech Masters Degree students in the City and Regional Planning Department as part of a studio course during the fall semester of 2003.
