Abstract
New paradigms demand change. Traditionally, IT supports technology and libraries provide content. RefWorks, a licensed, bibliographic citation management service, fits neither side of the house. At Arizona State University, an IT/Library partnership provides funding and support for RefWorks. Our presentation describes this value-added approach to cross-collaborative service.
