Abstract
A hollow fiber membrane is disclosed that includes both a porous hollow fiber and a nonporous film coating. The hollow fiber membrane is suitable for use in solubilizing gases into liquids. This can include for example carbonation of an aqueous liquid by CO₂ gas. Systems, methods, and devices are disclosed.
