Abstract
The Office of Policy Analysis and Research at the Georgia Tech Research Institute collects,analyzes and classifies state-level legislation on various science and technology topics across the country. This paper presents the results from OPAR's S&T Legislative Landscape for the 2009 and 2010 legislative sessions.
