Abstract
Rick Montgomery and Rick Lozano are the owners of HTCare, LLC. HTCare has been in the business of providing, installing, and servicing technology based solutions that help seniors age in place and help facilities provide better, more efficient care of their residents. Mr. Montgomery and Mr. Lozano will address the current state of the Aging in Place technologies; what currently works, what doesn't, what needs to be developed, and challenges of the market.
