dc.description.abstract This study aims to examine how features of key actors within system of innovation in Taiwan function together to shape patterns in the development of the newly emergent technology. Cloud computing is chosen as example. Documentary analysis, bibliometric analysis, and semi-structure interview are employed to depict cloud computing innovation system in Taiwan. This study reflects the points of view of firms and other stakeholders on fostering and shaping of cloud computing innovation system in Taiwan. en_US
