Abstract
Librarians can use outreach as a great way to enhance their
reference and interpersonal skills. Our experience has shown that engaging in
campus/community events such as "Earth Day" has indeed sharpened our
reference skills. Further, these events showcased the Georgia Tech
Library’s reference services and resources.
