Abstract
The EPA general permitting program for
industrial stormwater dischargers established a requirement for Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans. Some
facilities will also be required to monitor their stormwater discharges. This paper discusses the Stormwater Pollution
Prevention Plan requirements and presents an approach to monitoring, when required.
