Abstract
Irrigation systems in smart agriculture are vital for improving water resource efficiency. The physical internet (PI) serves as a highspeed platform for data sharing and resource management, facilitating better coordination in agricultural production. By combining machine learning techniques, these systems can make intelligent decisions based on real-time data, enhancing the precision and effectiveness of irrigation. This paper explores machine learning strategies for smart irrigation using the physical internet, supporting the development of smart agriculture.
