Abstract
This panel discussion will focus on the role of federal and state agencies in the water supply reservoir permitting process. An explanation of the process from conception through construction will be provided by panelists from key agencies. In addition, an examination of the National Environmental Policy Act's requirements for Environmental Impact Statements will be discussed among the panelists. Finally, there will be an opportunity for questions from the audience.
