| dc.description.abstract | A photovoltaic device may be provided. The photovoltaic device may include a first energy absorbing surface and a second energy absorbing surface being substantially parallel to the first energy absorbing surface. The photovoltaic device may include a third energy absorbing surface being substantially perpendicular to the first energy absorbing surface and the second energy absorbing surface. Each of the first energy absorbing surface, the second energy absorbing surface, and the third energy absorbing surface may be configured to convert energy from photons into electrical energy. The photons may be impinging one or more of the first energy absorbing surface, the second energy absorbing surface, and the third energy absorbing surface. The first, second, and the third energy absorbing surfaces may be oriented in manner to cause the photons to bounce between two or more of the first energy absorbing surface, the second energy absorbing surface, and the third energy absorbing surface. | |
