Abstract
ADP releases two key monthly reports to the public: the National Employment Report (NER) and Pay Insights. The ADP Employment Change Report is a vital economic indicator that provides a detailed view of private sector job growth in the United States. Published monthly, this report offers timely insights into the health of the labor market and often serves as a precursor to official government employment data. It is closely monitored by financial advisors, investors, and economists to track economic trends, inform investment decisions, and refine economic forecasts. Covering employment changes across various sectors and regions, the report provides a granular understanding of which areas of the economy are expanding or contracting. Analyzing the latest ADP jobs data can offer early signals about the overall economic environment, influencing decisions related to asset allocation, market timing, and risk management. By leveraging these insights, stakeholders can better navigate economic complexities and make data-driven decisions. Research Objective: The aim of this study is to explore the relationship between the two ADP reports, NER and Pay Insights, to uncover potential correlations and dependencies.
