Abstract
Library needs are far more complex due to the migration to electronic content. This complexity is compounded by a
lack of overall standards and consistency. Our program will look at how agents are using their unique position to form
collaborations with libraries, publishers, and ILS vendors on initiatives to drive standards, transparency and efficiency
for greater electronic access.
