Abstract
With the impending NPDES Phase II permit regulations; many communities are seeking ways to meet the six minimum controls that must be implemented with the permit. The City of Griffin has implemented and continues to implement traditional and innovative programs to meet the challenges of the NPDES permit and loading restrictions due to TMDL
requirements. It is the intention of the City of Griffin
to provide a model for NPDES implementation to
small and medium sized communities having to apply
for permit coverage.
