Abstract
As part of our migration from Jira to LibAnswers, we exported thousands of internal help desk tickets. Rather than simply archive them, we used a locally hosted large language model (LLM) to uncover actionable insights, demonstrating how libraries can responsibly experiment with generative AI for retrospective analysis, training, and service improvement.
