Abstract
As part of a comprehensive assessment of spaces, services, and user needs, we held an activity that provided patrons with an easy and novel way to give feedback on popular seating areas. The activity consisted of students marking up pictures of these areas with Xs, Os, and other notes to tell us what they want and need from library seating. The activity also provided a chance for students and staff to learn about new pieces of library technology while simultaneously learning about one another.
