Abstract
This SUNspot (Survey of User Needs) addresses the following questions related to people with visual impairment. 1) Among people with blindness or low vision, how many have mobile wireless phones? 2) How many are satisfied with the phone they have and their wireless service? 3) How many use assistive technologies or third party software with their phones.
