Abstract
Through ARTech, one or more performing artists will be engaged each season in extended residencies on the Georgia Tech campus to
work with identified faculty and students. Collaborations will emphasize a particular exploration of the arts and science or technology that
has a unique connection with Georgia Tech. Selected as the 2012-2013 ARTech resident artists,choreographer Seán Curran and chamber
ensemble Ethel, will explore architecture and non-traditional performance spaces. This piece was created specifically for the residency and features local dancers Alex Abarca, Alisa Mittin and Erik Thurmond
and Seán Curran Company's associate artistic director, Elizabeth Coker Giron.
