dc.description.abstract These are the Bylaws of Georgia Tech Alumni Association, Inc., adopted by the Board of Trustees, effective as of the 11th day of June, 2004. The corporation shall be organized and operated as a nonprofit corporation under the provisions of the Georgia Nonprofit Corporation Code. The Corporation is a voluntary association of individuals and organizations the purposes of which are exclusively charitable and educational within the meaning of section 501 (c)(3) of the internal Revenue Code. The corporation shall be operated to serve the needs and interests of the Georgia Institute of Technology and its alumni is such ways as the Board of Trustees shall determine in its discretion.
