dc.description.abstract The position of Associate Vice President, Human Resources is in the Office of Human Resources in the Administration & Finance Division. This position reports to the Senior Vice President, Administration and Finance. Position Summary: Plans, develops and directs the implementation of a full range of human resources programs including employment, compensation and benefits, HRIS, employee relations, diversity management and payroll in ways that result in the attraction and retention of qualified staff in support of the Institute’s mission.
