Special Work
I reported at the mill this 
morning 6-15 AM 
I heard the day helps wages 
were cut and moved about 
more than usual not so 
much is being said but 
ever person wants the other 
to know it. 
In #1 mill #3 room
I run the same 12 looms I run 
yesterday, the secondhand did 
not have any wraps leeced as 
he said yesterday but he works 
very hard using his wrenches 
at times but it seems that 
someone should tell him 
to do what he promises.  
I told Boss weaver that I wasn't very 
fond of running a small set 
of looms long because I had 
four kids to keep.  He says 
that fellow will be in 
in the morning.
work run very good 
the secondhand needs a extra 
man to do some changing 
which I am sure it will make the 
work run better and not change 
the shade or grade of the 
cloth.  
At 300 Pm I asked the weaver 
who has the new temple on #1 
loom how many threads had 
broke today where the new 
temple he says 
not any.  
Cold city water was not used 
for the humidity, the humidity water 
was warm humidity water pressure 160 
this morning it was in the south end 
of the room

Boss weaver looked over all
