Right Good morning yes most of us we kind of chit chat a little bit and to start out just curious how many people have heard of daily money management probably two or three so it's pretty good it's better than normal. You know normally what a yet. They would jump up I'll give you a little bit of background about me and our company and then going to some statistics and information on financial fraud abuse and then some of the solutions from the state federal and state level and then we'll wrap up some cases from clients that we've actually served. And I'll try to get through pretty quick because we'll probably try to end by ten thirty ish maybe. So try to get through fairly quickly I won't spend too much time on on the on the slides thank you for having me and I appreciate it and I will get started. OK So just to quote to begin a little bit about myself and my background and why I'm here in the last sentence of this quote The gold is in the work that we do and I think a lot of us can feel that and our role is in our industries and I know for me and with what I'm doing now that really resonates very deeply with me you know my background was in you know after school I worked in public accounting and had a wonderful job with a wonderful boss and I could still be in that job and be living a wonderful life but yeah I just was an engaged with my work when I was in that profession and I knew that there was something else I could do leveraging who I am as a human as an individual and you know my skills my education but connecting a little bit more with the community and I learned about it March of two thousand and twelve and at that time I decided to make the jump and really be able to take my financial background and really leverage that knowledge and skills. Set and apply it to really a group of people that really are in need of the help some very committed to the senior care world the industry in we take that myself and my company very seriously that responsibility you know and being a part of that ecosystem and that we've used that word a couple times but this is such a diverse group to help you know the aging population and so we're happy to be a part of that solution. So. I hear your client and really I think the ideal financial team and some of these most of your prior heard of you you've got your legal items which would be your power of attorney here advance health care directive. Will is an important item so particular aging that's going to be handled by your legal side your attorneys you've got your insurance you've got long term care insurance you've got health care insurance you've got Medicare insurance you have insurance specialists you've got your tax paying we all know about taxes unfortunately it's something most of us I think all of us have to do every year right so you know about taxes you know about financial planning and generally financial planning is going to be your more traditional asset management where someone you know we begin our young careers and then as we grow we get older we try to protect and accumulate our assets and then when we get to retirement then that's distribute to us as retirement income so that we typically know about our financial planner and then we jump into daily money management and you know we've got a few folks that know about it here but that's it's been around for a while but relatively new not many people know about it. But with Daily Mail management that's a key item particularly with their with their aging group but they may managers going to be someone that helps with the individual you know day to day financial tasks you know we're all here we're healthy for. Sickly cognitively. But we're going to be helping people with things like reviewing their mail paying their bills in some cases even being able to be their power of attorney you know being able to help them be that advocate that they might not necessarily have and when we talk about some case studies little bit later there is one claim particular I mean we first are working with him we actually called his credit card company I think it was Citibank. On the phone on a conference call and when we started talking to the machine he thought the automated machine was a human and you know I mean it just says no no no you know that's that's kind of a cute little moment but we said no it's not that's not the person you know we need to go a little bit further and the menu before we actually get to a person but he didn't know any better you know and in cases like that it happens all the time all over the place all day every day. OK. Maybe it's it doesn't discriminate on Asia. You know and then another thing we'll talk about which is really key is the personal financial statement and we cover that a little bit more a little bit a few minutes. So you know our goal is a company and what we do you know is really piece. You're protecting from financial fraud and elder abuse ensuring our finances are healthy avoiding loss and. Through those first three items we're creating comfort for our client and again I have another example in our case a to talk about claim when we first met him he was not living in peace mainly because of bills and financial. Financial matters they used trying to face. So create comfort and then ultimately we help our clients live in peace by helping them manage these day to day items. So what makes this unique is that over the last few years he. He had built a business and created a model to where we can help people economically and efficiently and. You charge them generally a flat fee per month so they're not you know getting nickel and dimed or worried so much about the hourly rate is a big issue that we run into when people do find out what we do once we get past the trust and they understand we do then they certainly can my gosh you know your. Accountant C.P.A. You know you're to charge me way too much money and I'm not going to forgive and I have to tell these people no no no you know we were able to help you do this you know for a reasonable fee and so typically we charge one to five percent of someone's income to help manage their financial matters and you know to give you a comparison if somebody becomes incapacitated and there they don't have a power of attorney in place and they have to go to probate court the most recent. Most recent checked about a few weeks ago with an elder care tree here in Atlanta in Fulton County someone's incapacitated and they go to probate court probate courts going to charge him. Soon after send an income and to have percent on expenses so for any given client are you given day you were going to be you know either the same cost but in most cases really less expensive than probate court and then also you don't have to if we if we can prepare in advance enough time and have you know something in place before that cognitive or that is going to happen and then you don't have the headaches of going to probate court either for you and or your family or loved ones. So how do we help so that. You know our clients the people that we serve are generally going to have cognitive or physical impairments so think about. You know dimentia all Simers Parkinson's. Stroke victims that have memory impairment people with arthritis people with vision issues. People that even to people with substance abuse and or possibly depression. All these different types of people are going to depending on the complexity and the extent of their cognitive or physical illness or ailment. And then in cases they're probably going to at least need help if not I mean not be able to do this kind of day to day financial tasks at all so I mean those are really the core people that we're here to serve and to help and I think. Statistically I think they say people over the age out of over the age of eighty one out of four will have some sort of cognitive impairment. Which is pretty significant and I think as we all know the aging population and you know so in a few years there's be quite a few people that could need help. Our community involvement you know obviously we're here Georgia Tech. Here we've also been involved at Emory University we've forgiven a class on financial fraud in elder abuse through their hourly program for the going back to those in sixteen as well as in two thousand and seventeen and then and that course we go over quite a bit of you know whether the sits in behind the issue you know who's effect we go over the different types of scams. You know what are some of the symptoms of the scams as well as and then you know typically clues on how to really prevent. You know and how can we keep this from happening to people. So the big picture so we have growing older adults we have complex financial tools we were joking earlier Susan about the computer I will. You know we'll give too much information but we were kind of confused because we couldn't get the jump drive to work and you know when you. I mean we're not we're not seniors you know we're both I think for both smart people and we are competent and capable but we even we had a problem with the computer for just a couple minutes and then kind of joked and said you know if we're having an issue what about someone that's in their seventies or eighties or ninety's that has some sort of cognitive cognitive or physical impairment I mean I mean they're going to have a really difficult time trying to manage technology if there is a quote somewhere at some point that said. It's like something they've seen years it's not that seniors don't like technology they stole a technology created for a twenty year old you know just and then just like a twenty year old would like technology that's created for a ninety year old. I mean I could yeah this is very casual so you can jump in. Here. OK sure. Yeah. Yeah yeah yeah. Yeah. Yeah yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah yeah. Yeah. Yeah right. Yeah. Trying Yeah that's right I mean there's so many different angles in this it make it so complex fear you know I mean we're aging it's getting older that's associated death you're losing independents and you know it's money and you know when people would tell you a lot of things before they talk to you about their money. So there's just so many different but you appreciate that it's who you were working on it so we're there you know one by one. And well we're going to keep moving but the way you just said about you know the fear well if we don't address the fear I mean that can lead to financial disaster and I'm sure we've all heard stories of at least someone in the community that's been taken advantage of. So you know we have a nurse here a retired nurse and you know Debra and I were talking before we search speaking and. It was a lot of times where we pay attention to our health our physical health and I mean in the grand scheme of life you know your physical How does your most import because if you don't have your physical health your I mean we could you know will pass away I mean we go into a dimension that we're you know depending on spiritual or religious beliefs we don't know where that goes right so your physical health is your primary your financial health I would say probably a pretty close secondary item because we need money to live to do things and we do a good job with our health but we need to work on our financial health. You know in paying attention to the issues in addressing the fear and all these taboo topics and subjects and hopefully get to a point where if someone becomes we go to the doctor and we get we were diagnosed with. Dementia or even Parkinson's or whatever it is and we say OK I'm here right now and six months or one year or whatever that is I'm not going to be able to do these things so what do I need to do now to get paired and make sure that I'm protected on different parts of my life and I think those kind of a part of the ecosystem and really you know all working together to help get these individuals the protection the services they need you know. I mentioned earlier you know the different illnesses that people face and then there's also financial capacity which is really your ability to make judgments with even more basic math you know reconciling a checkbook adding and subtracting and there are findings in studies and statistics out there that people just stupid natural aging will not they're due to their capacity can decrease and we'll talk about that and our first case study where they don't have any really diagnose they call Simers dementia Parkinson's but they just their ability to analyze a situation the numbers that are presented and then to make sense of it has declined just like our physical body can decline our minds can to. You know there's various statistics but it's reported that really one out of forty four cases get reported fraud and out or abuse and I think in and the various levels and complexity of fraud and abuse at. A definite think that's pretty spot on and it's a very it's a forty billion dollars a year industry. So there's a lot of people in the world that have their eyes on it and basically are viewing this is an opportunity. To make money. You know whether it's you know of family members or people in the community or people around the world. If you think about the amount of wealth that's controlled by seniors and we've got a big you know large aging population from a business perspective that's going to be constant cash flow going to these people's retirement accounts and criminals they're con artists for a reason they're very sophisticated they're very intelligent they have very large databases of people who are aging and if they can through today SEC knowledge reach out to two three four hundred five hundred people a day and tap into one or two or five or ten and get one hundred bucks or you know thousand dollars from each of them that can add up day over day you know throughout the year. That's. How many people have heard of adult protective services you have that's pretty good so you know it's amazing even in the community you know going around to different retirement centers retirement community senior centers you know talking to seniors it's amazing how many folks don't know what adult protective services is. You know an eighty nine percent of cases reported to A.P.'s are people living in the community and we say living in the community these are people that are living in their home they're not living in a nursing home or assisted living facility you know for the most part they're on their own. Too quick and as I just mentioned with the aging population. They control a substantial amount of our country's wealth so it's a huge opportunity for people to prey on these people. So the key here is prevention right I mean that's what we're here to talk about really is to how can we really prevent this from happening. So actually I was introduced to this report earlier in the year actually through the tax age and it's if you know wonderful report I think it was when the first times I actually read something you know material that actually discussed prevention you know there's a lot of resources out there from the federal level and the state level you have watched and you to some of the on the Capitol Hill some of their their their committee meetings on aging and they're been if sometimes I just wanted to jump in to the video and talk to these people and just say we need education we need that we need we need outreach we need. You know we need adult protective services we need the police we need the G.B.I. we need all these different enforcement agencies but a lot of times I feel like we're failing to address the prevention and that's exactly what this report did and it really reached out to the federal government and the state government said hey we need to do a better job you know really on helping these people prevent issues from happening. Some of the notable findings from this report you know they they directly identify the need that seniors need help managing money they noted that even the children of these folks are worried about forty percent are worried about their parents ability manage money they've identified that even from. Their Is A say he was in two thousand and ten Utah they they they quantify they they went through a number of I think is eighty cases and into those in ten eighty cases of finance. Fraud and elder abuse. Costs the state six million dollars roughly So you know if we did some math and think about how you could quantify that if we think that the industry overall is a forty billion dollar industry and we broke it down per case level and how many cases are out there and I mean you could try to fake quantify it put it by state I mean we're getting into some pretty significant numbers and we should all be concerned because if someone becomes destitute or gets taken advantage of then that means that. As the tax payers we're going to be paying for them to help them through their state programs and that's also addressed in the past report is that when someone gets scammed to ripped off number when they're older they're not they're not twenty or thirty or forty or even fifty or sixty they're usually later in life they're not going to another job they're not going to be able to replenish their bank account and so what happens the family takes care of them or a government program. So it's a you know it really benefits all of us not even not only the senior but all of us to help protect these individuals. You know and they'd begin in the report they directly mention financial monitoring which I mean is just wonderful I mean we should we could just take this report and give It's every single person in the United States so they know what we need to do and the banks they then they did these pacifically say the credit card companies and the banks and we could talk to a bit more of that after we get done the presentation about the solutions there but for whatever reason the banks have been slow to adapt the technology no longer atoms in updating their systems to be more preventative in nature. So we have that's a challenge over facing still so the solution is financial monitoring I mean that's really how you protect people and. For all of us in our what age are we should all be. Our position daily weekly monthly and particularly for people that are aging I mean just like we monitor our health and we have different tools and systems for the various illnesses that we face that can monitor health we need to be constantly monitoring our position by naturally. You know it was any We're going through we're looking at checking in savings credit card accounts. Checking those main accounts where money's coming in and going out on a day to day basis. You know a financial statement mentioned earlier and that's really a key component me really all the should have financial statements you know really minutes of wishful thinking but but really we should all be checking our position you know every month like Georgia Tech big institution they're checking their position probably all the time you know to understand where their money's going where it's coming and where it's going out. And that way if you see something unusual if there is a senior and utterly person person with a cognitive or physical impairment and you're in in there getting help whether it's the family or friends or a business like ours or whoever that is maybe they have a budget it's five thousand dollars a month and they say OK we're reviewing the budget OK This month it was supposed to be five but now this month it was ten and so why was it you know why did they spend ten thousand dollars this month you know what happened here and then you can dig in a little bit further. And you say what way home services you know five thousand dollars check OK well they got the house painted OK So so we can identify where that money went and make sure it was accurate if it was in if it was something unusual or fraudulent maybe maybe they got a phone call maybe they got an e-mail you can intervene and discuss with this person if they're capable if not you talk to their trusted network and and you can prevent it from recurring I mean he can't necessarily prevent every single instance of fraud. And I would say that you can stop it before it goes out of control. OK So the first case study this is German We met. A few over four years ago now and then earlier when I referenced peace when I first met this guy he was never when we met he was constantly distraught he was always always upset he was always you know I've got this bill to pay I've got I've got my computer my computer froze and you know I've got a virus you know I can't I don't know what I'm doing you know this is too much you know I don't want to deal with this and you know it really felt for maybe empathize you put yourself in those position the shoes he doesn't understand a computer he's having you know we call it city and he thought he was talking to you know a person who is a machine all these different things you can let me just see he was. Not totally defeated the close and so we were recommended referred to this gentleman. You know by a financial advisor and base he was over budget and the financial advisor was concerned that this gentleman would outspend his assets before his life expectancy and he's in his early eighty's he's supposed to live to maybe one hundred. And so we came in and the financial They said look I just don't know where the money's going and so we jumped in. And started helping this guy under identify the patterns and identify where the money was going. You know monitoring the accounts assisting with paperwork at one point they had a long term care of both this gentleman and his wife and his wife by the way who is actually mentally very coherent very very sharp but she's physically in a wheelchair she has a lot of physical ailments and so. She actually is the one that helps forward the mail to our business. But on a day to day basis I'm dealing with this gentleman and his daughter. They almost lost their long term care policy because they they didn't get the bill payment when we first start working we didn't know they had the policy and then all of a sudden you know a few weeks later if they get the bill and we say geez now we got a call these people and we luckily you know through our help we're able to get that service. Reinstated. And additionally in this particular case we ultimately became power of attorney for this gentleman in case as we discussed earlier he does become fully incapacitated we can step in and help him and make sure things still get taken care of but really you know the big he is guidance you know in this in this situation you know we were able to help these people kind of get their ducks in a row you know those system and make sure they could start understanding their position understand where their money was going and then and through the process help them actually do it. This other case study. This particular gentleman is a stroke victim and he had a stroke in twenty fourteen and because of that stroke it's affected his memory and when I first met with them we were sitting there talking and and in the first few minutes I thought wow you know he's got an Excel file here you know his accounts listed and he I thought he had a pretty good idea of what need to be done but then all the sudden he he just said wait a minute were we talking about told he had a moment where he's was not able to kind of move forward and through that impairment there's just no way that someone in that condition would be able to effectively keep up with their day to day items so you know. For getting him set up again going through. You know getting organized understanding where money was going and this particular gentleman Scase we actually just helped him sell as home recently it took a lot longer than expected. But we finally got it done and really being a resource. There's you know an advocate for this guy. You know helping him you know through the ecosystem get the right services get the right people from a financial perspective that he needs and. When we first started working with him there is a home organizer This is when he was getting his home ready for sale to help. Sell his home. I was referred to this by an elder care attorney. We started trying to understand you know what was going on this guy's world and through that this home organizer have been charging him three thousand dollars a month and luckily they don't even work together for two months but the problem was is that when we when we went to the home we actually did go to his home it wasn't like the were going to his or it. Was really doing much for me to use really just shifting items around the house and really redistributing stuff within the home there wasn't we weren't donating we weren't throwing away we weren't selling you know we weren't having an estate you know we weren't we weren't helping this gentleman move in so we talk talk to elder care tourney and we came to the conclusion that this person was just kind of beefing up the you know they were just padding the bill you know they would bring two or three helpers and just spend you know a few days a month. Number of hours per month and then just send this guy a big bill and this particular client he did had Honan a couple their assets but he's between his health conditions and issues and his in his current financial position he just turned sixty five I mean he's in he's in no condition to be. Just spending money you know three grand a month on services particularly when they're not really benefiting him and his current position and so in that case we did think that was. A form of exploitation and it wasn't someone you know from a different country in a different. The world tapping into their account it was a little bit more kind of under the radar it was another vendor in the community overcharging them basically and that case we just we just said look you know please you know we appreciate help but we're going to hear. Another issue with this gentleman he had. Twenty five thousand are on our bill and in this is another item we didn't know that existed until we actually at one point were selling the home. And then through the research the attorney and closing attorney found out that there is a twenty five thousand are passed to water bill with the city of Atlanta and long story short we basically had to put together. Like almost like a like a report of sorts to help document and illustrate that this particular client had tried to contact the city they contacted their insurance they had their water lines repaired We took photos of the neighborhood of different water leaks kind of scattered within about a half mile radius of this guy's neighborhood. We are right around the same time there's a community less than a mile away from him a nice condo complex that has it they hadn't paid their water bill and almost twenty years and they were past two almost four million dollars And so we pretty amazing so once we helped this gentleman put all this in writing and you know I contact our city council member who luckily I knew contacted the Department of Water Works we explained all this we explained his current current condition and we said look you know this gentleman he should be on the hook for this water bill because if you look at the history of the billing all year long for the past three years it was fine all year and there were two months usually in late summer early fall where the bill skyrocketed and he in our claim he had tried to fight it early on but then after the show he just you know I mean if he wasn't able to really defend himself so lucky we got it removed reduced I think to me a thousand dollars which is a lot better than twenty five. And so him in. A rental unit on the property that Tenet split that Bill. In this case we had a client I was actually referred to this. Was in early twenty fifteen through a social worker who'd actually met this woman when her husband passed away and in this case the woman's husband had taken care of the money and healed from the he passed away and she was grieving through the loss and this social worker recommend it hey you maybe she gets to help with your finances you know because you've never done this before you're going through a lot not only that but she was had been recently diagnosed with Parkinson's so we met with her you know we had a meeting she actually she came with her one of her best friends and we had a nice chat that for about forty five minutes she said this sounds great I need to help but I'm not ready yet you know and in this particular field in world as we've discussed it's very sensitive I mean there has to be trust there I mean you're helping people with their money it's not a fun topic well I said that's fine you will connect another time so we stayed in touch about a year later she she reached out again said Hey I'm ready you know I think this is you know my illness is advanced a little bit you know got some other things to care for me to get the help when we first met with her she had you know we started getting you know getting on board again client data and she had told me that hey look I think I'm worried about my daughter you know I'm not really keeping up with my accounts but I think she's taking money from a she has four children. Youngest daughter was the one that she thought was to take advantage over so he said OK well we'll keep an eye on that. We'll keep an eye on your finances and if something comes up will you know will we talk about it so you know we went through the summer this is last summer everything was fine you know we talked about it nothing too unusual Well this same woman unfortunately she had a stroke and August last year and so she goes in. The hospital and. You know we're keeping our accounts and help her while she's in the hospital and we found out that we were some expenses there were some credit card charges you know checking account charges and we thought Wow that's unusual if this person is there in the hospital so they're not out doing this who's that you know who's making these expenses will come to find out. The daughter I guess maybe had a key to Mom's house. Where the mom is in the house with the daughter went to the home got the client information and started spending the mom's money. And so in that case. You know we went to the hospital we met with this woman explain to her what was going on and she said yeah that's that's that's my daughter she's like I can recognize some of those and that's that's her so we on her behalf contacted A.P.S. Adult Protective Services made a report they contacted their office I don't know what the county is but it's in Macon and they ultimately went and intervened with the daughter and contacted the daughter I think they may went to her home apartment and said hey we know what you're up to did you do you know what's going on and confront her about it and when I eventually went back to the hospital to your client. I asked Rosie who had that go you know what happened she kind of smiled and she said Yes she she got the message she's scared and she's not going to do it anymore and that was a tough situation because she didn't want to initially when we met she didn't want to to get her daughter in trouble because family and her daughter and she was the. She just was hesitant to do that and that's probably a part of the problem an issue that we face is a lot of times fraud and other abuse is committed by family and then when mom or dad or grandma. Grandpa find out they don't want to report because they don't want to get their children or grandchildren in trouble. And then a number of other reasons that they're worried about. But in this case we were the bad guy and when I told her I said look for a mandated reporter in the state of Georgia they have a list of various mandated reporters a lot of different health professionals social workers financial professionals and if we see it we have to report it so in that case so well you're in luck because I've got a report you can just blame blame our company pay me and you know that's what we did. And for that for that matter we help. Prevent it from occurring again. Right so that's it so we got through and now open up for questions if anybody has any appreciate your time very much in your attention and hopefully found this interesting and. Yeah thank you for your time. You seem to have any questions. We've seen. This. Man. Meet Yes. Or. No. Is that. I mean. You. Just you know something. You. Know you know. You know there are solutions to the comedy. In the way. You are easy. This is this is the easiest. Regime. To see and he did it from for years. You know there's no behavior so it's just you know for him. It's through technology you know and you know here. He was you know out here you know if you were. Having to deal with it and you know even on. Ninety four and we can worry the base is a very scary thing out here and that's what they talk about enough or is it being second later he's just it's good I'll implement this painting I already screwed visited measure the city I mean really really be there holding my do you thing to give your lover weary a sense for. Example. The woman. Who did reasoning with I foresee any shift or a mental illness first just to try to help her if she saw I was not very good really if you're a she did for her she's nervous you see. And she hurried. Just after us just for it when I first heard her introduce yourself for her after first of your service right. We met we had a nice talk and we said this is how you know she said you know anything about it and she asked me she said nature of her friends their own place here you know John Kerry. Said anything worse than yours apparently all right and she said Now you know you know Mary and. All that stuff we know her gave her a we're She got a chair here you know it was her though if you want to hear her reading the letter so we got there. So that inserting lawyers interest here is your counts under dash. So we see today on this question her right. And I did very well back to go back you must be much and I kind of think over the almost certain. I see it was a thousand dollars being. Way back just a couple last few months and. This woman gets how she said look at my other account Sandra. And I got. Well I'm here for your call and good thing. She did and she was right sure she had her ten thousand dollars to her again. But now the problem is the good. News of this is what are. So interested now that there's a conflict of area. And you think. It was my my. My God. You think I know you do you do and I didn't and she was doing it or he's an easy yes I heard you guys are sitting here you know you're getting a free dollar or really. I'm not saying this woman is in this information in your life there's a goal of writing up this like or behavior but at the same time you are going to various debates a lovely review. And you certainly you know the scale of it was OK to go X. number of lines for sixteen hours. That. We got very Now let's move to the next. Hour of your feast your babies or. Your little bit I go to the northeast very. Well I was first for yours you know that's why I'm here and you're using technology in that way which I think should be readily available or pretty easy pieces of the. Technology here but there were a reason that's not a good word she. Will regret. Business yes or very very very very base but if you mean that technology knowing these people and it was it is a terrifying. Just a very For these you know always you know easy matter and you know. For. And you might be. Worth it given all this change good road. Business whether it's a big corporation small size doing work our worst might be turning the center who is your center your visit you know you shoot very good things that are very. First you're going to do you have to see your center or your theories and warnings really for at risk. Drivers like maybe. This woman is in the hospital for three months. You know once visitor on the day. I met her I said and she. Was my. Life. They're. My me. Right yeah. Right in your heart right way right here right now and I. Live. Here. I mean my. Mind I think they are me. Yeah I mean you know this is this is really happening. It's a way. For everybody to flatter. That it showed a bit here to show you something here. That I'm sure. Are Hard lines here. All right we're. All so. Good now OK. So that was good. For you. Living here and I thought. Yeah yeah I mean a good challenge and he said he was arrested. By. The fighting in the US. Drugs. Did you know I was out here there are solutions to people ever see. This online tool it's basically me fight with you for a fourth and all. This is you do but three different. Reasons. For carrying it is indeed marrying did place you know in the sanctuary and which is a good program here basically right down a little car. It's a very very you program hundred hours and you just do the first series and. You know who everyone has and the next hit is the limits or at least into that. And then you go if you're really concerned you can. Leave really you can prove hard and you control over it if you can since. It was signed. OK. I think. There's here yeah you just you are again to. Resources from. Beginning to different parts of the world over here and I think there well especially huge opportunity. In here and there are a good connecting through here there were these different resources. There more than marijuana to shirk from some of that's been a hospital in the slightest you know people there seems to shoot. The first are going to be one of the writers in sun or you know they're. In NY where we work today this food that you know their heroes here is you know there's some out kind of their caves are you guys are your own here. And. You know you see the years but you know this year by age. You know the mean time and neither thirty three is. Another huge opportunity to deal with their first three. Years in actually. The past were and yet needed as many of these are not sure yet and there's a new solution that they really your mission were a very full service sector go off for life racers so that a sector is just a little bit behind every financial services as a result of it and that's been you. Know I think. You know whom you guys. Eat here really just to see. What. I do. Safely so I'm late for this service. And you know it's so. Good. To be school places to stay during my years here as you see there's agrees to share. A ga ga. GA Nazis were yesterday yet. You see the nice things you can raise a good here stays here like. I for my usual stand for your D.H. I think you're. Going to be an excellent resource for. Just a good many other things in life of your own here you know we'll be right be sure. You're like you're going to be rich or maybe it's our health you're really good or your guys are going to make sure. You know relations and stuff like that just like their money and giving me your nature they didn't realize there are others out here there's Association dealing with me. There's been around for anything you know you. Have surgery patients a lot of professionals in their group you misunderstood my usual sources back. Your media today here are you saying. That me and sister are times that are very usual services he's serious. If he. Did you ask. You know. If you're. Headed back. So maybe that's this Mike. The New Yorker. See. It's just business as usual getting. First everybody leaving it just as well as actually are with your account. They're rare as you seem to feel. Here right now going on. For a few years to see if dealing with insurers reduces Ricky. Constantine's of the. Hottest month experience here where you know others might like to see. You mention he was your robot man's lesson was that he's all things. Least expensive. Yes. You're right through. That and you have to do the next door to interface against. Your Yeah like I told you how you presented it I mean your buttons are digging up. The simplicity of navigation. And you know maybe this happened here are some sort of smart devices a little bit louder here's a guy you know you do but this is very very easy using it it depends on. Your current theory and there's a variance but you know I mean there's the simpler the the word useless to be perceived if we're here whether journalists really are you just trying to woo voters here just here in the primaries and you know different from readers on the computers or e-mailing me you know usually to ask for the next day challenge. I know that I'll do gooders you know a visual recognition you know if you can tighten visionary vision and how your master is very defined in which he needed to do it then just hold it up it OK Chris you know it was kind of you know and very successful that's a really good but you didn't have to serve I mean there's a lead you got to be sort of. Also refers it to be a true vision here and this. Is you know in certain ways it's almost in the market opening. The stand your arms going to need some of your help and I mean really a feverish. And robust and you know did it anyways and in the end you were on and you know B C's are really. I think by Stay here for years we may have your own personal assistant you know it's probably worth doing but you're really working articles here with that in your home and I don't know do you feel is that the machine. You know maybe this can steer me or. Needed in making it in and then telling me that I guess I don't know how far away we are so we did discuss this guy years ago planned. And that's also part. For our. You know. Whatever he said some of your tunes were all or off hours. Discussed like a revolver Cheryl through numerous very very strong. Things that came up was our good one. Door Man. I think it's only if you. Grover it hit it right on the scanner and you need to get into this Action Network and that's another big talker. But then this recommendation of you guys a highly recommended. Executive vice president should be state governors to trigger words of suspicious activity or words that go back to services so basically media should all instances all issues are worded to the right authorities that it could compile state area here now is one of the issues for the banks was that they sure were being. Brought in are very strict with fish because they don't want to cross the line of the privacy of the client good of a survey or a river this minute we need E.C.M. Berger or the A.B.S. for the government agency without regard to their wrong or various suitors or is. It with their same years you can't really be seen for or. Really being a database. If you do for all this you know trying to say that I exude the world as a citizen and you know of a robust American system and industry appears to be able to she didn't mail these through and then the system says OK because there's plenty of schemes out there that are like very readily available where a guy or a skier seems escape because here's a. You know Nigerian species that did this knew you might get it done get on your track and then also you to be betting against your ability and the piece of good program that seems Sheen to be very generous able to do so the data they count you know they might go to see guys that are of the mind and immediately of the Sheens connecting it. And then that person or the system could say OK. FLATOW You know there's a send out an orange action going through do. A.T.C. unless it's like for. You know early light of a flare or. Disturb you can actually intervene. And that's another thing about this forest is needed here it would be more responsive to the base of fire you know usual you know you work through the things of it love to do the. Sign of life you know and again. Yet everything which our plan because you mentioned the very beginning of our independence and the importance of. Our So I think there's a kind of balance mean like this technology is like things you want you know bugs all set like he'd take the same guy for all it really depends what he did our history yeah. It's a good question indeed I think the man just really knows and he did it was it was a big thing it's just a bit of arbitrary a derogatory which is what we do sometimes. Throughout history this stuff record will. Need within those dark minutes they did encourage very existence of really phases if we did it or wavering. There Nigerian readiness for young readers that you know native kind of do it with you what does. That use you do when you're in your home you might that you're going for your city or a pastor over something as again these are the powers that many of you to me and I guess the very best in the area you really are dense because you're saying OK I do some of the things that we have to be OK to do that I could do it. And the best will be it will be done and through there. And some sort of visual go in that way. Your story for. Peter you know is this good for. Our rights or is going for a good nurse sixteen hours a day think is a good start maybe some variation and yes the ga ga. Were firing mortar hiring hand. Killing. For. Which just embrace concessions arouse or challengers this sounds like a very challenging verse. And well what are some things that you can hear and this if you want to use that verse out here by the stars well. We're getting students professionals practitioners all. Pulled together let's see if I were harder actually work through or you know this is something you guys did for some results. Barks or other that maybe starts where you know. Somebody's life. But yet you know. That video is very very. With great people and next year the community that I was it easy to reach very little to do is just devote our you know lives each night if you big some of those get really. Really good is do you really want to know what my goals are lists and trying to get and others that. We want to mine and all that we could for the students and they have like a baseball they can start with we also want to get their word What's a possible letter for us that was a. Good. Rance. I think there's a solution to a very very busy as in your very unusual sort of if you do please do so. They. Go over with every Thursday during your video regular. Service. To tell you she hears you know your way you have of societies during our. Break there's going to be a very. Nice.
